Nexus Family Healing-Woodbourne Campus in Baltimore, MD is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities, collaborate with general education teachers, and drive IEP development and implementation to help students meet College and Career Readiness standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and valid state teaching licensure or eligibility.
• Eligibility for appropriate state certification for content area (K-12/1-8) as required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction for students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to plan and assess instruction.
• Develop and monitor IEPs and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate paraeducator support and student progress reporting.
