Start Date: 2025/2026 School Year

Calendar: 191 Work Days

Salary: 2025-2026 Salary Schedule $51,007- $90,538 (based on years of experience and education)

Retirement Contribution: Greater Albany School participates in the Oregon Public Employee Retirement System (PERS and OPSRP) on behalf of its employees. Upon eligibility, the district contributes 6% of an employee’s salary to their Individual Account Program (IAP). Eligibility is defined as working at least six full calendar months in a qualifying position. Part-time employees working at least six months and 600 hours in a calendar year will qualify.

Position Description:GAPS seeks an experienced Special Education Teacher with a passion for and background in supporting students with complex mental health and behavioral needs. Our structured support classrooms are focused on teaching and supporting kids with the skills and strategies they need to successfully navigate their school experience.
