Position Summary:

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Cross Category Special Education Teacher (SPED) to join our growing clinician community. Job Requirements:

• SC certification in Learning Disabilities or Multi-Categorical, or appropriate certification required
• Strong GPA in relevant course work required
• Experience with teaching special education students in a self-contained setting with emotional disability/emotional impairment preferred
• Experience with supporting others with classroom instruction and behavior management preferred
• Valid Driver's License or ability to provide own transportation required
• Negative tb test results must be provided prior to beginning employment

  Other Required Documentation:

  • Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
  • Two current clinical references
  • Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)
  • TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
  • Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
  • Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
