Job summary

ATC Healthcare is seeking three Special Education Teachers to support Kanawha County Schools for the 2026-2027 school year. These positions will primarily support emotional/behavioral classrooms and students who may demonstrate challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities include providing instruction based on IEPs, developing classroom and behavioral strategies, supporting students with emotional needs, tracking progress, and participating in IEP meetings with school teams.

Qualifications

• Active West Virginia teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
• Experience with behavioral or emotional needs students preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
