Job description

Invo Healthcare is looking for a full-time Special Education Teacher in the Yuba City, CA area. As an Invo Special Education teacher, you will support the educational outcomes for children, helping them achieve their educational goals.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree
• Must have an Education Specialist Instruction Credential
• State-level teaching certificate or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Experience with children with special needs or disabilities is required

This position may appeal to those with experience as a registered behavior technician, preschool employee, daycare worker, or similar roles working with children.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction for students with special needs
• Offer individualized assistance for various learning disabilities
• Consult with parents, providing resource information and materials regarding students with exceptional needs
• Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and school administrators
• Perform other duties as required in the realm of special education
