The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (SPED Teacher) for a full-time, school-based role in Casa Grande, AZ. You will support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, helping them achieve academic and personal success in an inclusive setting.

You will collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized learning experiences, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and district requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education is required.
• Valid Arizona Special Education teaching license.
• AZ IVP Fingerprint Card.
• Knowledge of special education laws and practices.
• Experience with students with disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs.
• Provide specialized instruction to students with various disabilities.
• Monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or a related field

Key Responsibilities
