King David Kalakaua Middle School seeks a passionate Special Education Teacher to lead a Fully Self-Contained classroom and to act as care coordinator for students with diverse learning needs.

You will work closely with a dedicated team to develop and implement comprehensive IEPs, ensuring a safe, structured environment that supports academic and social growth in a K-12 setting. A Hawaii teaching license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Special Education Mild/Moderate license from HTSB.
• Experience planning and facilitating IEP meetings.
• Bachelor's Degree required; licensure progress tracked per HTSB.

Responsibilities
