Job summary

Spindle, in partnership with a school district in Redding, CA, seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. You will develop and implement IEPs, provide differentiated instruction, and collaborate with families and staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and abilities.
• Provide differentiated instruction and support to students with diverse learning styles and abilities, including those with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with parents, fellow teachers, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Utilize specialized teaching techniques, assistive technologies, and adaptive materials to accommodate students' learning requirements and facilitate their progress towards educational goals.
• Caseload details: Multiple caseloads available across K12 (Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe)
