Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Special Education Teacher for PK-6 in Tucson, AZ. The role is onsite in a school setting with a daily schedule and a school-year contract. The compensation range is $48-52 per hour, with 35–37.5 hours per week.

The position emphasizes personalized learning approaches to support student growth. The role requires a K-12 Special Education certificate (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe), SEI endorsement, and AZ IVP fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• Current K-12 Special Education Mild/Moderate OR Special Education Moderate/Severe AZ teaching certificate.
• SEI Endorsement required.
• Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance.
• Valid AZ Driver's License.

• Explore individual needs and give side-by-side support to discover how each student learns best and develop personalized solutions to each student’s learning style and abilities.
• Master our proven curriculum as you implement our philosophy of education and guide the learning process and students toward the achievement of the curriculum goals.
• Evaluate each student’s learning capabilities and celebrate studentaccomplishments,
• Encourage students to uphold our values and model mature behavior and good character in the classroom, on the school campus, and throughout their lives.

Requirements

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid AZ Driver's License.
• Current K- 12 Special Education Mild/Moderate OR Special Education Moderate/Severe AZ teaching certificate
