Come work with a woman- and therapist-run company! Ampersand Therapy is dedicated to improving the employment experience in schools. We are seeking Special Education Teachers in the Tucson, AZ area for the 2025-2026 school year.

Position Details:

1. Full-time, 1.0 FTE (37.5 paid hours per week)
2. Work with the Special Education Team to implement accommodations, interventions, etc., according to student IEPs
3. Attend staff and IEP meetings, and coordinate with school teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
