Qualifications

• California teaching credential in the assigned subject area(s) and a valid English Learner Authorization are required.
• Applicants who will hold any of the following credentials by their start date are welcome to apply: Mild-to-Moderate/Extensive Support Needs credentials or equivalent out-of-state credentials.
• Bachelor’s Degree applicants without a credential must provide a transcript for evaluation for an emergency teaching permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide college-preparatory instruction to all scholars.
• Comply with Special Education requirements and accommodations with fidelity.
• Maintain IEP information in Welligent and manage IEP meetings and reports.
• Deliver instruction across multiple settings and content areas.
• Use assessments to tailor re-teaching and support differentiated instruction.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure appropriate support for all scholars.
