Job Description: The role involves working collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to implement effective special education programs, manage classroom environment, assess student progress, and maintain records. It requires implementing IEPs, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in school activities and professional development.

Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of Colorado standards, classroom management, effective communication, organizational skills, empathy, and positive relationship-building.

Other Duties: As assigned, with flexibility for changes. Regular attendance required.
