Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops IEPs for eligible students with goals and accommodations.
• Performs assessments and observations to identify needs.
• Collaborates with teachers, parents, psychologists, social workers, service providers, and other staff on IEPs.
• Teaches lessons aligned with IEP specifications for small groups and individuals.
• Trains team members on IEP details and SDI delivery.
• Implements IEPs, monitors progress, and makes modifications.
• Supervises SDI delivery by others and reviews progress.
• Communicates progress to parents/guardians of IEP students.
• Ensures compliance with IDEA and provides FAPE.
• Maintains documentation per LEA, state, and federal guidelines.
