Job summary

Cross Country Education in Frisco, TX is seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to support K–12 learners for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time on-site role emphasizes inclusive instruction and collaboration with school teams.

You will develop individualized strategies, participate in IEP processes, and communicate with families to promote academic and behavioral growth. A valid TX teaching certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field required.
• Texas Special Education certification and ESL supplemental certification preferred.
• Background check and FAST clearance required.
• Experience supporting K–12 students with behavioral needs is desirable.
• Crisis prevention training such as CPI or Handle with Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and inclusion support for students in grades 6–12.
• Develop and implement individualized instructional strategies to promote growth.
• Collaborate with educators, families and support teams to ensure accommodations.
• Maintain documentation and support IEP processes; foster an inclusive environment.
