TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Special Education Teacher to support students in a Glendale, AZ school setting. You will build relationships, foster inclusive learning, and help students achieve academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional goals.

You will develop individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals, provide specialized support, and collaborate with general education teachers and related staff to ensure student progress and confidentiality in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Special Education credential/license for Arizona.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education.
• Experience with children or adolescents preferred.
• School-based or special education experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of IEPs, accommodations, modifications, and differentiated instruction.
• Strong classroom management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping students succeed.
• Ability to meet all applicable school, licensing, and employment requirements.

Responsabilités

• Developing and implementing individualized instruction based on students' IEP goals.
• Providing specialized academic and behavioral support to students.
• Creating engaging, differentiated lessons that meet diverse learning needs.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress toward individualized goals.
• Implementing accommodations, modifications, and classroom support strategies.
• Collaborating with general education teachers, related service providers, and school staff.
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student planning and goal development.
• Supporting students' social-emotional, behavioral, communication, and functional development.
• Maintaining accurate student records and documentation.
• Maintaining student confidentiality and following all school and TSP Ed Co policies.
