Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction and accommodations per IEP.
• Assess students' educational, behavioral, and social needs and adjust lessons.

• Maintain accurate records and progress reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and parent conferences as needed.
