Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is a premier provider of education services for K-12 students who require additional supports to succeed in traditional schools.

SESI partners with school districts to run in-district classrooms and standalone schools, serving 7,000+ students across 600+ districts nationwide. As a special education teacher, you will diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional gaps, collaborating with families and school teams to apply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI's instructional models to teach and build confidence.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, and incident reports.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students moving within the school.
