Key Qualifications:

• Active Louisiana Department of Education Certificate with Special Education (SPED) endorsement (required; no exceptions)
• Experience in special education instruction, IEP writing, and collaborating with diverse teams
• Demonstrated skill in supporting and mentoring staff on instructional techniques, progress monitoring, and data-driven decision making
• Ability to adapt quickly and work flexibly in multiple school environments
• Must complete district-specific credentialing, including fingerprinting, drug testing, and background screening
