The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or higher, an active state Special Education Endorsement, and experience with IEPs; you will collaborate with general education staff and maintain accurate records. Contracts up to 40 hours per week with afternoons off.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate various learning styles and abilities
• Monitor student progress regularly and adjust instructional approaches accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and growth
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational policies and legal requirements
• Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities to enhance instructional effectiveness
