Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking teachers to support K-12 students needing additional academic, social, and emotional supports.

You will use SESI’s instructional models and CASE PBIS framework to conduct frequent assessments, develop instructional plans, and collaborate with school teams and families to drive outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; valid teaching certification preferred.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback in a dynamic educational setting.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible when working with diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students from varying backgrounds to deliver instruction.
• Teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence, and provide individualized attention.
• Use assessment data to modify short- and long-term plans to boost academic performance.
• Develop and maintain age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Collaborate with team members to promote critical thinking and rigor.
• Apply behavior support and intervention strategies to support students.
• Assist with de-escalation, crisis management, and safety procedures as needed.
• Track student growth and maintain required forms and files.
• Participate in daily school functions, conferences, meetings, and trainings.
