You will develop IEPs, collaborate with staff and families, manage behavior, assess progress, and ensure compliant documentation while providing compassionate instruction. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Special Education or equivalent.
• Arizona State Teaching Certification in Special Education or eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Special Education Teacher with strong classroom management and individualized instruction.
• Must pass background check and obtain updated clearances.
• Soft skills: communication, adaptability, patience, teamwork.
• Physical demands: standing and assisting students with mobility needs.
• Flexibility to work within school hours and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized education plans for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with classroom staff, parents, and specialists to support student success.
• Manage classroom behavior and support students in developing socially and academically.
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with educational regulations and policies.
