Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, deliver and assess instruction aligned with IEPs and district standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers appropriate curriculum content to students.
• Plans, teaches and assesses writing.
• Assesses students’ learning on an ongoing basis and adapts instruction accordingly.
• Communicates regularly with parents and ensures compliance with laws and district policies.
• Collaborates with faculty to plan and deliver instruction.
• Maintains classroom order and supervises students outside class time.
