Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to provide virtual services to charter K-8 students in Ohio. The role requires a fully licensed Intervention Specialist with Ohio certification and up-to-date clearances.

You will deliver IEP-based services, write IEPs, coordinate with teams and attend IEP meetings while ensuring progress reports are completed. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 8am start, 35 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and strong support from our dedicated

Qualifications

• Must be a fully licensed Intervention Specialist in Ohio.
• Ohio school certification.
• Proof of up-to-date clearances and professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Implement specially designed instruction to drive student achievement.
• Write and maintain IEPs and attend IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and support staff; monitor progress and adjust instruction.
• Provide progress reports and assist with ETRs where needed.
• Mentor students on self-regulation and organizational skills.
