Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts licensure in Mild-to-Moderate Disabilities (5–12).
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching high-risk youth.
• Multilingual and/or multicultural candidates desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach Special Education to youth up to age 22 in a detention setting.
• Maintain a consistent schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM.
• Collaborate with behavioral and clinical staff to support student growth.
• Provide trauma-informed instruction and equitable, student-centered education.
