Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Teaching Certificate in Special Education.
• Background Checks, FBI and state clearances required (or willing to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate IEPs for students with special needs.
• Differentiate instruction based on individual learning styles and needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support progress.
• Apply diverse teaching techniques and educational tools to foster engagement.
• Regularly monitor student performance and adjust instructional strategies.
