Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Differentiate instruction based on students’ individual learning styles, strengths, and challenges
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and success
• Apply a variety of teaching techniques and educational tools to foster engagement and learning
• Regularly monitor student performance and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages social-emotional development and behavioral growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant team or school meetings
