Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to offer personalized guidance.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to maintain safety.
• Maintain student records (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and transport students within the school.
