Job Description: The Certified Special Education Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. Key Responsibilities: Developmental Learning Program (DLP)

Develop and implement IEPs/PPTs tailored to the individual needs of students.
Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and teaching strategies.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
Participate in IEP/PPT meetings and other relevant school meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and IEPs.
