Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, provide individualized attention.
• Use assessment data to modify short- and long-term plans to improve academic performance.
• Develop and maintain age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Collaborate with team members to foster critical thinking and academic rigor.
• Apply the school’s behavior support strategies and PBIS CASE framework.
• Support safety through de-escalation and crisis management when needed.
• Record and monitor student growth and progress toward goals.
