Responsibilities

• Provide direct instructional and consultative services to eligible students with disabilities as per IEPs.
• Attend IEP-Team meetings and assist in eligibility decisions and placement.
• Consult with general education teachers to tailor accommodations for students with disabilities.
• Conduct required assessments to determine eligibility for services and program placement.
• Develop and maintain student IEPs and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Manage day-to-day classroom operations and plan lessons.
• Maintain a disciplined classroom environment that supports learning.
• Participate in professional meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain endorsements and licensure required for the position.
