BELIEVE is a transition planning program for students ages 18-22 located in a simulated apartment on the AGHS campus. The BELIEVE teacher will coordinate daily Community Based Instruction, functional skills planning and preparation, and collaborate with the fellow teacher, related service providers, and transition coordinator.

Pennsylvania Certification required.
