The Oxford Hills School District is seeking a Special Education Teacher to work with students who have behavioral needs at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School. The candidate must hold a valid Maine certificate or be able to obtain one with endorsement 286 or 282, and will report to the Building Principal/Director of Student Services.

The position is a 180-day contract with a salary range of $46,012.50 to $81,329.34, plus annual stipends for specialized roles and a comprehensive benefits

The Oxford Hills School District is seeking excellent qualified candidates for the position of Special Education Teacher to work with students with behavioral needs at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.

Candidates must hold a valid Maine certificate or the ability to obtain one with appropriateendorsement(s) (#286 or 282).

Reports to: Building Principal/Director of Student Services

Work Schedule: 180 Day Contract

Salary: $46,012.50 - $81,329.34 (SY26/27) - note additional stipends for Special Education teachers*

*In addition to the base salaries above, Special Education positions receive the following annual supplemental stipends:

Day Treatment Teachers - $4,500
Functional Life Skills Teachers - $4,400
Social Skills Teachers - $3,400
Resource Room Teachers - $2,000
Social Workers - $4,450
Applied Academics Teachers - $4,000
