BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join the Ready, Set, Launch program in a center-based setting focused on students with autism and diverse developmental profiles.

This contract role places you with a supportive team to design and adapt instruction for elementary learners throughout the school year. You will collaborate with related service providers, develop IEPs, monitor progress with data, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Special Education license (Tier 3 or 4) is required.
• Experience with elementary students on the autism spectrum and other developmental needs.
• Strong skills in creating and reviewing IEPs and using data to track progress.
• Excellent communication, teamwork with staff, students and families.
• Flexible, compassionate mindset to adapt to changing classroom needs.

Desired Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license, Tier 3 or Tier 4 (required)
• Demonstrated experience or training working with elementary-aged students with autism and other developmental needs
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction, IEP development, and data-driven progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families
• A compassionate and flexible mindset to adapt to changing student needs and classroom dynamics

Core Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and adapt specialized instruction for students in the Ready, Set, Launch program
