Job summary

K-12 Therapy is seeking an experienced Special Education teacher to function as an instructional aide, working at home with siblings who attend a cyber school program.

The position requires 35 hours per week during the school day, starts 9/8/21, and pays $40.00 per hour plus mileage at $0.55 per mile; candidates must have FBI/BCI and child abuse clearances and a college degree.

This role is ideal for a long-term substitute teacher.

Qualifications

• FBI/BCI and child abuse clearances are required.
• Child abuse reporting training and a college degree required.
• Experience as a Special Education teacher or instructional aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to students at home with siblings enrolled in cyber schooling.
• Assist with individualized education plans and classroom activities.
