Job summary

Kin:Pathic Nashua, NH is seeking a dedicated Certified Special Education Teacher to join our growing Southern New Hampshire team. The role focuses on supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs within a multidisciplinary ABA-influenced environment.

You will develop IEPs, deliver individualized instruction, and collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and school staff to align educational and behavioral goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field required.
• NH Special Education Teacher certification or eligibility required.
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies for diverse needs.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain data on student progress toward goals.
• Modify instruction based on performance and progress monitoring.
• Serve as a collaborative member of multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and RBTs to align educational and behavioral supports.
• Participate in IEP, team, parent meetings, and planning activities.
• Maintain accurate educational records and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with families, school personnel, clinicians, and stakeholders.
• Support students in developing academic, communication, social, behavioral, and functional skills.
• Promote student independence and appropriate educational environment.
• Maintain compliance with NH special education requirements and policies.
