Qualifications

• B.S. in Special Education or related field in early childhood education with adaptive curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the functioning level and needs of service users from an educational perspective using diagnostic tools.
• Develops/implements educational training programs as established by the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Designs curriculum and activities for the classroom.
• Documents progress notes in service users' records relative to objectives.
• Maintains medication administration certification and assists as needed in giving medication.
