Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a Columbia, South Carolina area school district. This full-time contract role supports students with diverse needs and collaborates with educators, therapists, and families to create meaningful educational experiences.

You will design individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and implement accommodations while maintaining compliant documentation and regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Special Education Teaching Certificate or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of IDEA regulations and the IEP process.
• Ability to implement accommodations and behavior support strategies.
• Meets all state and district employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Newly licensed educators are encouraged to apply
