SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Special Education Teacher in Pomona, CA. The role requires a valid California Special Education Credential (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe) and in-person collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and coordinate with parents and teachers while delivering targeted instruction and data-driven progress monitoring throughout the school day.
