Job summary

Navra is hiring an Elementary Resource Specialist Teacher in the Yuba City area. This school-based contract offers full-time hours (Mon–Fri) with the possibility to renew for the 2026–2027 school year and a compensation plan up to $70 per hour based on experience.

Successful candidates will have a degree in Special Education, experience developing IEPs, and strong communication with families and school teams. Navra supports staff with benefits, travel stipends, and licensure reimbursement.

Responsibilities

As an Elementary Resource Specialist Teacher near Yuba City, your days will include:

• Providing specialized instruction based on students’ individual learning needs

• Tracking student progress and adjusting instructional strategies
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, service providers, and families
• Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate documentation

• Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Caseload: Elementary Resource Specialist Program (RSP)
• School Year: 2026–2027

Successful Candidates Possess

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Special education classroom experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
