We are looking to expand our current educational team and are seeking professionals who are motivated, hardworking, talented, team players and are passionate about working with children with autism. Ideal candidates will include professionals who have previous experience in working with both verbal and non-verbal students. Educational services are delivered in both individual and group settings, direct and natural environments with home and community carry over.

Classroom Teacher Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Oversee classroom and manage staff
• Organize and lead quarterly Parent/Teacher conferences
• Plan and participate in field trips and community outings
• Write educational goals for student IEPs and transition plans using IGS curriculum
• Strong collaboration with other teachers, program managers, speech, occupational, physical, and music therapists, life skills coaches, parents, behavior analysts, and other staff in IEP goal development and implementation
• Administer formal and informal assessments, screening and testing of students
• Lesson plan writing
• Create a classroom dynamic that fosters teamwork, collaboration and solid communication in the best interest of the students!
