Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to elementary-level students with a variety of exceptionalities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
• Utilize differentiation, behavior management strategies, and data-driven instruction to meet student needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines.
• Participate in professional development and school-based teams as needed.
