Job summary

New Story Schools in PA serves students ages 5–21 with autism and related challenges, guided by individualized learning and therapeutic integration. As a Special Education Teacher, design and deliver individualized instruction in a structured classroom that supports learning and social-emotional growth.

You will develop IEPs, deliver engaging instruction, manage behavior, track progress, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation of student plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification.
• Minimum three months of experience with students with disabilities.
• Knowledge of child development and behavior management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Starting pay rate of $75,000 for PA Instructional I Special Education certification candidates

What You’ll Need
