Job summary

Quantum Resource Professionals is seeking passionate Special Education Teachers for the Kansas City Metro area for the 2026-2027 school year. We’re looking for dedicated educators who are eager to make a difference and are willing to work in person to support students’ success.

As part of our team, you’ll design and implement IEPs, adapt curriculum, collaborate with therapists and parents, monitor progress, and foster an inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in current state and open to obtaining additional certifications/licenses as needed
  • Experience in supporting children and adolescents in educational settings, particularly those with special needs

Responsibilities

Quantum Education Professionals is seeking passionate Special Education Teachers for the Kansas City Metro area for the 2026-2027 school year. We’re looking for dedicated educators who are eager to make a difference and are willing to work in person to support students’ success.

Hourly: $35–$45 per hour, offering flexible work options.

Bonus: Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus available.

What You’ll Do:

As a Special Education Teacher with Quantum Resource Professionals, your role will include:

  • Design and Implement IEPs - Create personalized educational plans for each student
  • Adapt Curriculum and Methods - Modify lessons to fit diverse learning styles
  • Collaborate with Teams - Work with teachers, therapists, and parents for student success
  • Monitor and Assess Progress - Track performance and adjust teaching strategies
  • Foster an Inclusive Environment - Build a supportive classroom where all students thrive
