• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and celebrate each child's achievements.
• Lead IEP meetings with empathy, ensuring families feel heard and empowered.

• Deep understanding of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Knowledge of special education laws, IEP development, and compliance
• Strong collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Patient, compassionate, and creative approach to teaching young children with diverse needs
• Preferred: Pre-K special education experience, training in ABA/PBIS, knowledge of assistive technology
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the School Committee may find appropriate and acceptable.
