Job summary

EDU-AIDs in Gardner, MA seeks dedicated SPED teachers for the 2026–2027 school year. Full-time positions across elementary, middle, and high school levels offer a collaborative environment and the chance to impact students with diverse learning needs.

You will implement IEPs, monitor progress, collaborate with general education staff and families, and foster an inclusive classroom that supports academic, behavioral, and social growth.

Qualifications

  • Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License is required.

  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and progress monitoring.

Special Education Teacher (SPED) - Full-Time

EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers to support students in Gardner, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. We have full-time opportunities available across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
