Seabright, a Stone Harbor Staffing Group company, partners with a local California school district to recruit a contract Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position serves elementary, middle, and high school levels, with a local contract paying $60.42–$69.14 per hour.

Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications for Special Education Teacher include 1 year of verifiable, professional experience within the last 3 years (may include residency or practicum).
• Valid Special Education Teacher credential/license or in process in state of practice.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available at this time.

$2,000 Completion Bonus + referral bonus opportunities! We’re offering a $2,000 Completion Bonus for eligible clinicians and educators who commit to and complete their full school year assignment (30+ hours/week). You also have the opportunity to earn a $1,000 bonus for each referral who reaches their contract milestone, plus we’ll make a $250 donation to a special education-focused organization on your behalf. Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.

• Schedule: Full Time
• Grade/Age Levels: Elementary School;High School;Kindergarten
• Weekly Pay Range: $60.42 - $69.14 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for Special Education Teacher:

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Special Education Teacher within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Special Education Teacher credential/license or in process in state of practice
