Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking Special Education Teachers for the Eastern Shore of Maryland for the upcoming school year. The role focuses on developing and implementing IEPs, adapting curricula, and delivering targeted instruction in one-on-one and small groups.

You will track progress, communicate with families and staff, and collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to support student success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
  • Active state licensure or certification, or eligibility to obtain before start.
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
  • Previous experience in schools or with children preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Work in a structured school-based setting with built-in holidays.
