Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Exceptional Education Teacher to support students in Eagleville, TN. You’ll provide individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and create inclusive learning environments that help students succeed.

You’ll work with a collaborative district and a therapist-led team to deliver specialized instruction across academic subjects, manage your classroom, and document progress in compliance with district policies.

Qualifications

• TN certification for Special Education Teaching with Interventionist or Comprehensive Endorsement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide specialized instruction across academic subjects.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a structured, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Write progress reports and maintain compliant documentation.
