Job summary
Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks a dedicated Special Education teacher for the NV Central program. Responsibilities include teaching PreK-12 students with autism and applying ABA techniques, DTT, and BIPs to support individualized education plans.
The role requires NJ DOE TOSD & K/6 or TOH certification, with full-time employment and benefits eligibility. Applicants must meet residency and background requirements; position opens ASAP with a closing date of 10/01/2026.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students who have Autism.
- Ability to implement ABA and behavioral strategies.
- Knowledge of Discrete Trials, Positive Behavior Supports, and BIPs.
Responsibilities
- Teach SPED to PreK-12 students in NV Central program.
- Implement ABA, DTT, and PBIS to support student progress.
- Collaborate with staff to support student individual education plans.

- Looking for a special education teacher with experience working with students who have Autism and implementing ABA, Discrete Trials, Positive Behavior Supports and Behavior Intervention Plans.
- NJ DOE TOSD & K/6 or P-3; or TOH
$70,021- $84,688 (prorated)
- Approved criminal history background check for district 3710
- Pass the Trash approval
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
- Current residency in New Jersey or approved residency waiver, or candidate agreement to obtain residency within one year of employment.
- Full Time staff are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Prescription Benefits.
