EDU-AIDs in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Certified Special Education Teacher to create a supportive learning environment and help students build academic, behavioral, and social skills. The role is full-time and located in Bridgeport, CT.

The ideal candidate will develop individualized lessons based on IEPs, provide ongoing academic and behavioral support, track progress, and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
• Valid Connecticut Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience developing or implementing IEPs preferred.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
